Jams
Our newest addition is homemade jams, grilling
glazes, salsas, pickled garlic and honey.
With all the different fruits we grow we decided
to start making jams. We start with fresh fruit
grown right on our farm then we add a little
sugar and pectin and ta-da jam that actually
tastes like fruit!  Two sizes to choose from 8 oz.
or 16 oz..
We use a low sugar pectin in all our
jams so the main ingredient is fruit
not sugar. Our jams have a wonderful
fresh taste.

We also keep bees to help pollinate
the berries and the bees make some
great honey. If you are a local it's
great for allergies.
